Medical Fair India, Mumbai 2024

Medical Fair India is India’s premier exhibition and conference for healthcare. With participation from over 20 countries, it’s become a platform where business relationships are made and new approaches to healthcare are shaped.

Building upon the recent success of the Medicall Trade Fair in Chennai, Intercall exhibited at the Medical Fair in Mumbai with regional partners Maxlife. The event took place between the 13^th and 15^th March 2024, where the team welcomed healthcare professionals to the stand, showcasing the Intercall nurse call systems, Intercall One, Intercall Touch, and the new Intercall One Touch Display.

Bhavesh Shah, Managing Director at Maxlife told us, “we only work with the best of the best products and have developed a good communication with Intercall despite the distance. We concentrate on nurse call, especially Intercall Touch, with its superior flexibility and customisation. But we see real potential for Intercall One to grow our market share as a cost-effective solution.” The event was a resounding success. New friendships and business relationships were forged, with Intercall nurse call systems specified across the region.

Following the event the team returned to the Maxlife head office in Bangalore where Intercall’s Adam Daniels, along with Maxlife’s Iyadurai Pandian and Ramsinh Parmar, led the team in commercial and technical training sessions.

It was a hugely successful visit to a magical country, made even more memorable by the legendary Indian hospitality and experiences, not to mention the best vegetarian food in the world, courtesy of Bhavesh Shah and everyone at Maxlife.

With the Intercall-Maxlife relationship going from strength to strength, we boarded the plane back to the UK safe in the knowledge that the Intercall Indian market is in the best possible hands. We can’t wait to return soon.
