The beginning of April saw The Security Event at Birmingham NEC.
One of Europe’s leading commercial, enterprise and domestic security events, it’s become the go-to destination for installers, integrators, consultants and end-to-end users who are looking to source the latest security products and solutions. We were delighted to be exhibitors again this year, showcasing our innovative systems at the event, including Intercall One, Intercall Touch, Safeguard for Dementia and Guardian Staff Attack.
Intercall Managing Director, Simon Hardy, hosted our interactive stand, along with Technical Director, Graham Chapman and Duncan Lade, Intercall UK Business Development Manager. They enjoyed catching up with existing clients, making new contacts and demonstrating the suite of Intercall products to curious attendees.
While at the event, members of the Intercall team attended a couple of the talks and seminars, gaining invaluable insight into sector trends and industry news. We heard with interest and concern about the escalation of violence and aggression in our NHS hospitals, about the need to prioritise men’s mental health in the private security sector and the continuing need for technical integration across the sector. All issues close to our hearts.
It was a great event, and we look forward to next year.
