Exemplar Health Care is a leading provider of specialist nursing care for adults with a range of complex and high acuity needs. Currently developing five new specialist care homes in Bradford, Hull, Birmingham, Wallasey and South Elmsall, Exemplar wanted the new developments to reflect the latest in technology to help support and transform the care they provide.
Intercall’s Touch Nurse Call System was the perfect fit specified in all five new facilities. The Touch system reflects the Exemplar Grand Care mission to make every day better for both staff and the people they support. Touch also mirrors the Exemplar philosophy of sourcing technology that is non-intrusive yet provides a high degree of monitoring care on a reliable platform. The Touch system integrated perfectly onto Exemplar’s IT infrastructure where they’ve also added technology-based solutions for care plans and medication records.
Our partners Safety Systems designed, supplied and commissioned the Intercall equipment for all five projects working closely with the electrical contractors, and incorporating the Safeguard room point to control monitoring. Safety Systems are involved in assisting Exemplar with staff training and support, tailoring each system for the needs and demands required by the individual home managers.
