Staff are more informed, resulting in better response times
We had an old radio system that was hanging on by a thread, we had a big extension planned for later on in the year but our call system couldn’t wait that long. Straightaway we could see the Touch series was the best-looking call system on the market, providing features and reassurance far beyond our previous system.
Our previous system was problematic only allowing two expensive numeric displays, now with the Intercall system we’ve located several modern looking touch screen displays around our home, staff are so much better informed about call activity and the location of their colleagues. Our response times have dramatically improved, we feel reassured staff are delivering the care we’d expect. Both our staff and residents started benefiting from this reliable system from day one of the installation. We will be definitely be installing Intercall Touch into our extension later this year.
