The programable flexibility of the Intercall Touch Series allows the system to be tailored to meet individual country requirements, whether that be the local language using ASCII character set, or specific signalling, such as creating unique colour or sound patterns. Furthermore, we’ve invested in a state-of-the-art virtual Training Centre to ensure that our overseas distribution partners receive ongoing up-to-the-minute training so that they’re fully able to undertake local installations and country-specific bespoke programming requirements. In short, language isn’t a barrier with Touch as we don’t believe in ‘one-size’ fits all.
As experienced exporters, we’ve been fortunate to offer uninterrupted supply and support to our international distribution partners and their clients throughout this most challenging of years. As such, we’re delighted that the Intercall Nurse Call system has recently been installed at the Suez Medical Complex in Egypt, while the Touch Plus has found a new home in Romania, via our partner Secpral.
