Bespoke Training and Supply Chain Stability

The beginning of the new year has been punctuated by the dual challenges of COVID-19 and Brexit.

As countries across the world come together in their optimism for the vaccine and brighter days, we at Intercall also have reason to be optimistic for 2021.

As experienced exporters, we have worked hard preparing for the Brexit transition period and beyond. Our robust systems, stable supply chains and long-established International partner networks have meant that delivery times and product stock levels have been consistent and largely unaffected by the recent European changes.

 

Like many businesses, we have invested in adapting our day-to-day communications and have developed a designated digital hub offering tailormade demonstrations and training sessions for clients and partners. We’ve worked hard to replicate the bespoke face-to-face experience as closely as possible, with personalised certified sessions customized to our clients’ requirements. That said, not everything can be done remotely and at Intercall we have an ongoing programme of regular COVID testing of personnel to ensure that we can safely offer support directly to the care sector whenever required.
